At a ceremony organised by Shiv Pratisthan Hindustan, BJP MLA Nitesh Rane spread the conspiracy of “love jihad,” claiming that “a jihadi had trapped a Hindu woman and forced her to convert to Islam.” He further demonised Muslims, asserting that “no Muslims ever worked for Hindu kings” and calling them “invaders.”
