Govind (27) attacked a Muslim man, who was sitting with a child, repeatedly with an axe, leaving him seriously injured. The victim claimed that during the assault, Govind kept shouting, “26 were killed; 26 of yours will die too,” reportedly referring to the 26 people killed in the Pahalgam terror attack.
