At a Sakal Hindu Sammelan organised by Sakal Hindu Samaj, a far-right speaker spread the conspiracy of “love jihad.” Another far-right speaker claimed that B.R. Ambedkar had supported the migration of all Muslims to Pakistan and all Hindus to India after Partition, described Muslims as inherently intolerant, and identified Muslims, Christians, communists, atheists, and various religious sects as “enemies” of Hindus. He also spread conspiracies about “love jihad,” alleged that Muslim men used fake Hindu identities to target Hindu women, linked interfaith relationships to ISIS recruitment, fearmongered about Rohingya, Bangladeshi, and Afghan migrants, and claimed that only the RSS could counter these threats.
