In Virar, vigilantes assault car driver accused of smuggling cattle

Cow vigilantes physically assaulted a car driver transporting cattle and vandalised his vehicle. Acting on a police tip-off, vigilantes caught the man, beat him, and destroyed his car. Police later booked him for cow smuggling.
