Raju Das Calls for Violence Against Muslims and Christians, Targets Waqf and Demands Temple in Mathura

Location: Uttar Pradesh

Far-right preacher Raju Das demanded a temple at Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura. He warned against “chaddar and father wale,” referring to Muslims and Christians, and claimed that if ignored, people would be expelled like in Bangladesh. He used the slur “kathmulle” and said, “Do not vote for the mullahs or the children of Babar and Aurangzeb.” He incited violence by invoking Hanuman: “Hanuman keeps a mace for the traitors of our religion and nation—become an extremist, become a nationalist.” He repeatedly called the Waqf Board a “Bakwaas Board.”
