Raju Das, the priest of Hanumangarhi Mandir in Ayodhya, delivered a hateful speech against the Muslims at a Bhagawat Katha Smriti Mahotsav. He referred to Muslims as “Chadarwale” and alleged that they are taught to believe that decapitating idol worshippers would grant them entry into heaven alongside “72 houris.” He further falsely claimed that while Hindus seek to ensure the safety and stability of their women, Muslims talk about cutting them into pieces with swords.
