At a “Shaurya Yatra” organised by the VHP and Bajrang Dal, a speaker targeted Muslims in his speech. He referred to Muslims in the hills as “jihadis” and peddled conspiracy theories about “love jihad.” He falsely claimed that Muslims had taken over all businesses and services and urged Hindus to boycott them and refuse to rent houses or shops to them. He also boasted about the demolition of the Babri Mosque, terming the mosque as a “blot” on Hindus.
