In Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, police claim to have uncovered an alleged conspiracy involving cow slaughter aimed at disturbing communal harmony and framing a Muslim man in a false case.

The incident took place in the Noorpur police station area of the district, where investigators say the crime was part of a planned political plot.

Village Head Accused of Planning the Incident

According to police, the alleged mastermind behind the conspiracy is Jagpal, the village head of Changipur, who is accused of trying to trap his political rival, Hasan.

Police said Jagpal allegedly planned the cow slaughter to create tension in the area and gain political advantage by implicating Hasan in the case.

Officials believe the act was intended to provoke communal unrest and damage the image of his rival.

Several People Allegedly Involved

As per the investigation, Jagpal allegedly involved multiple people in carrying out the plan.

Police said Faizan, Zubair, and Salman were allegedly brought in to carry out the slaughter, while Brahmpal allegedly arranged a calf. The animal was reportedly taken to the field of Ramavatar, where the slaughter was to take place.

Investigators suspect the entire operation was pre-planned and carefully coordinated.
