VHP-Bajrang Dal intervened to stop an interfaith couple from getting married at the Collector’s office, falsely alleging it to be a case of “love jihad.” The members alleged that the officials are granting permission to the Muslim man to marry the Hindu girl under the influence of their juniors. A member also warned that they have reached a state where they either have to give their lives to protect their women, or are capable of taking the lives of the non-Hindus. He claims that it is a part of a conspiracy during Diwali, and some employees are involved in it.
