In Rambagh, Agra, VHP’s Parande touts ‘ghar wapsi,’ conversion fear

Location: Rambagh, Agra, Uttar Pradesh

At a Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Foundation Day event, Organising General Secretary Milind Parande declared that “wherever Hindus declined, the nation was divided,” pointing to Nagaland, Mizoram, and Meghalaya as examples of Christian minorities demanding separate identity. He peddled anti-Muslim conspiracy theories of “love jihad,” fearmongered about alleged religious conversion by Muslims and Missionaries, and campaigned for “ghar wapsi” as a solution.
