Bajrang Dal members targeted Muslim vendors at the Niranjanpur Market after a Hindu worker was allegedly assaulted by a group of Muslim vendors during a dispute. They accused the market president of siding with the attackers instead of the Hindus. They asked, “Is this Dehradun or Pakistan?” and warned that “at this rate, it won’t take long for Pakistan to be created here,” while claiming Muslims were “spreading jihad.”
