The Bhavya Jan Akrosh Morcha, organised by Sakal Hindu Samaj in response to alleged incidents of “love jihad”, featured NCP MLA Sangram Jagtap, who spread the conspiracy of “love jihad” and demanded strict laws to combat it in Maharashtra. He referred to Muslims as “jihadis.” The march, backed by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal, was organised by Amol Andhare, Vishwa Hindu Parishad convenor for Buldhana.
