At a Sakal Hindu Samaj demonstration, members vandalised hoardings of a Garba event, demanded Aadhaar checks to restrict entry to Hindus, and explicitly called for excluding Muslims. Leaders used the anti-Muslim slur “landiyas”, spread the conspiracy of “love jihad”, told Hindu women to carry swords, and threatened to shut down events that allowed Muslims.
