After pressure from Bajrang Dal, authorities demolished an alleged slaughterhouse in Shevgaon. Bajrang Dal members, along with Shiv Sena Yuva Sena District President Sainath Bhau Adhat, turned the demolition into a targeted hate act at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk, Khatik Galli. They accused local Muslims of having a “jihadi mentality” and alleged that an illegal slaughterhouse was operating in the area. Bajrang Dal member Aniket flattened the structure while Vishal Shinde and others actively participated.
