Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) members disrupted and attacked a solidarity for Palestine protest held at the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU). They tore down posters and the Palestinian flag, and shouted slogans such as “Beat the country’s traitors with shoes” as a counter to “Free Palestine.” Osmania University police manhandled the protestors and booked nine students, six of whom were pro-Palestinian protestors and three were ABVP members.
