In Narendranagar, CM Dhami Touts ‘Jihad’ Laws, Land “Reclaims,” and Madrasa Board Dissolution

Location: Narendranagar, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand

At the Shri Siddhapeeth Kunjapuri Tourism Development Fair, CM Puskhar Singh Dhami spoke about the implementation of laws targeting religious conversion, “love jihad,” “land jihad,” and “thook jihad,” asserting that strict action had been taken against accused “land jihad mafias.” Dhami claimed the government had “reclaimed” over 9,000 acres of government land, closed more than 250 madrasas, which he termed “illegal,” and introduced a bill to dissolve the madrasa board. He further mentioned “Operation Kalnemi,” a campaign against those allegedly harming Sanatan Sanskriti.
