Rakesh ‘Uttarakhandi’ Tomar, founder of far-right organisation Rudrasena, peddled the anti-Muslim conspiracy theory of “love jihad,” claiming that his organisation works against it and against cattle slaughter. He derogatorily referred to Muslims as “mleccha,” accused them of engaging in “love jihad” and taking over Hindu professions, and alleged that Muslim Van Gujjars were encroaching on land, framing this as a threat to the state’s demographic composition.
