Hindu nationalist organisations raided a church, alleging it was illegally built on village farmland and accusing those inside of conducting “illegal religious conversions” during a prayer meeting. Police arrived and detained three individuals, claiming they had been “brainwashing” villagers and had converted more than 50 people to Christianity.
