After receiving a tip-off about an interfaith couple staying at a hotel, Bajrang Dal members raided multiple hotels. When they did not find the couple, they warned hotel staff against allowing Muslim men and Hindu women to stay together. The group then went to two to three other hotels and issued similar threats, warning of “action” by the Bajrang Dal and damage to the hotels’ reputations if such couples were accommodated.
