Kapil Dev, member of Gau Raksha Dal aggressively confronted a Muslim minor boy, outside the Ram Mandir, who was applying sandalwood paste (tilak) to Hindu devotees as a street service. He demanded to know his name and questioned whether he consumed meat or not and accused him of tainting the faith of Hindus.
