MLA T Raja Singh hosted a meeting of Hindu nationalist leaders from across the country at Telangana Bhavan, where speakers delivered speeches targeting Muslims and discussed plans to recruit cadres for guerrilla-style warfare. Singh urged those present to submit the names of Hindu nationalist workers willing to engage in such activities. During the meeting, Dr Prakash Singh claimed that “attacking” was the way to “deal with them,” invoking violence in Bangladesh. Rakesh ‘Uttarakhandi’ Tomar said his group had launched campaigns against madrasas, mazars, and mosques, and asserted that they had evicted 42 shopkeepers and replaced them with Hindus.
