Cow vigilantes affiliated with the Gau Raksha Dal raided a locality, accusing scrap-dealers of cow slaughter. They demanded that the houses in the area be seized and demolished. Further, blaming the residents who they termed “jihadis” for setting fire to the scraps to accuse them.
