Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, speaking at the inauguration of Village Upliftment Camp, targeted those he referred to as “ghuspaithiya” (infiltrators) while citing the implementation of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR). He declared that no “ghuspaithiya” would be allowed to remain in the state and that all of them would be thrown out.
