Hindu nationalist supporter Riddhima Sharma visited the Gogaji Temple and attempted to instigate communal unrest. When devotees at the temple confronted her and asked her to leave, she falsely claimed to be a reporter and went to harass those employed at the temple. The Gogaji Temple is historically known for Hindu and Muslim priests offering prayers together.
