BJP MP Biplab Kumar Deb, speaking at a BJP campaign meeting, claimed that just as Article 370 was removed and Jammu and Kashmir was bifurcated, Article 35 could also be ended and Bengal bifurcated. He asserted that West Bengal does not belong to Mamata Banerjee and her “brothers,” and said they should go to Bangladesh and recite the Azan there.
