At a mass wedding organized by Bageshwar Dham, Telangana MLA T Raja Singh called for India to be declared a Hindu Rashtra, claiming that only then would Hindu children be safe; otherwise, they would face slavery and temples would become unsafe. He warned of a future civil war, claimed that Hindus who refuse to fight would be converted, and described Hyderabad as a “mini-Pakistan” filled with terrorists.
