Rakesh ‘Uttarakhandi’ Tomar, founder of Rudrasena, speaking at a Hindu Sammelan, targeted Muslims and Christians, and alleged that Muslim men befriend Hindu women on social media using Hindu names and elope with them, claiming that dozens of women in the region had done so. He further alleged a conspiracy by Christians to convert Hindus in exchange for financial assistance and promoted the conspiracy theory of “love jihad.” He also claimed that Muslims rent shops in the area and are taking away their livelihood.
