At a Hindu Sammelan, Pravin Togadia, founder and president of Antarrashtriya Hindu Parishad and Rashtriya Bajrang Dal, demanded the expulsion of those he termed “Bangladeshis.” He called for a prohibition against religious conversion and promoted the campaign “3 bache Hindu sache.” He urged Hindus to buy from and employ only Hindus. He asserted that Hindus would be “the ones to beat and win” and called for the establishment of Hanuman Chalisa centres.
