Nitesh Tyagi, a leader of the Hindu Yuva Sangh, speaking during a Ram Navami procession, warned Muslim men that if they have a “jihadi mindset,” engage in “love jihad,” target Hindu women, kill cows, or talk ill about their religion, they would be considered enemies. He further warned that they would not follow law and order if any such incidents occur.
