In Loni, BJP MLA Nandkishore Gurjar Threatens “Jihadis” With Demolitions, Jail and Police Encounters

Location: Loni, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

BJP MLA Nandkishore Gurjar claimed that when the locality was first established, some “jihadis” attempted to disrupt the environment, but now people live in harmony. He stated that those who live peacefully are “Hindustani,” including “mullas,” but warned against becoming “katmulla” or “jihadi,” accusing them of harassing women and asserting they would be dealt with. He warned that those who did not live “properly” would face demolition of their houses, imprisonment, and, if they created a bigger disturbance, police encounters, adding that they would go to “72 hoors.” He also targeted meat consumption, claiming that religious scriptures state those who eat meat would be reborn as “goats, chickens and cows” and would then be slaughtered.

BJP MLA Nandkishore Gurjar alleged that before Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to power, “jihadis” would enter homes and harass people for playing bhajans loudly. He warned that “jihadis” use OYO hotels and gyms to lure Hindu women and urged women to remain vigilant, invoking female Hindu historical figures and Israeli women fighting “jihadis.” He derogatorily referred to Muslims as “katmullas” and “mullas,” and cited a sexual harassment case to allege that Muslim men trap, rape, and forcibly confine Hindu women in mosques and madrasas and subject them to practices such as “halala.” He also invoked The Kerala Story, alleging that Muslim men conceal their identities to lure Hindu women, force them to wear the burqa, have multiple children with them, and either kill them or raise their children as “jihadis” to take over India.
