BJP MLA Nandkishore Gurjar, speaking at an event, derogatorily referred to Muslims as “kutmullas” and “jihadis,” alleging that those who engage in cow slaughter are enemies of the Prophet and therefore cannot be considered Muslims. He called for violence against alleged cow slaughterers, describing it as an act of self-defence and asserting that killing a “qasai” (butcher) attempting to slaughter a cow is a “virtuous act.”
