During an event organised by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, far-right speakers promoted the conspiracies of “love jihad” and a “jihadi mindset”, claiming Hindu women were being deceived, coerced, abused and converted. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti leader Sunil Ghanwat promoted “Ghar Wapsi” and “Shuddhikaran”, invoked “Dar-ul-Harb” and “Ghazwa-e-Hind”, and claimed that Islamic ideology would leave no room for other beliefs, while making derogatory claims about Muslim women and Islam.
