Hindu Raksha Dal members, led by Uttarakhand State President Lalit Sharma, went to a Muslim locality to confront a Muslim man over a social media video in which he was seen meeting two individuals during Haj– one from Saudi Arabia and the other from Pakistan. They accused him of supporting Pakistan, used the anti-Muslim slur “katua,” and raised slogans including “Love for Pakistan will not be tolerated” and “Drive Pakistanis out; support for Pakistanis will not be tolerated.” The confrontation was followed by a clash and stone pelting.
