At a Nationalist Conclave organised at Sonar Bangla Hotel, West Bengal Cabinet Minister and MP Arjun Singh spoke about demographic change and religious conversion. He claimed that Hindus were being converted to Christianity and Islam and argued that priests should focus on reconverting people to Hinduism, including by offering financial incentives. He also criticised caste-based reservations, saying they were dividing Hindus, and warned that failure to address these issues could lead to further demographic changes across the country.
