At ‘Somnath Swabhiman Parv,’ Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami highlighted his government’s measures to preserve the state’s “original identity” and its “cultural and demographic composition,” including laws against religious conversion. He promoted the anti-Muslim conspiracy theories of “love jihad,” “land jihad,” “mazar jihad,” and “thook jihad,” describing them as “anti-social” and “anti-national.” He asserted that action against “land jihad” had resulted in “freeing” over 13,000 acres of government land from “land jihadis.” Dhami also praised the introduction of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) and highlighted the closure of over 250 allegedly “illegal” madrasas and the dissolution of the Madrasa Board.
