In Delhi, Yati Narsinghanand Says He Has Trained Youth to Fight Muslims

Location: Vijay Ghat, Delhi

On the occasion of Hanuman Janmotsav organised by Delhi Sant Mandal, far-right monk Yati Narsinghanand Giri claimed he has opposed Islam and “jihadis” throughout his life but called the government “the biggest traitor.” He criticised the UGC Bill and stated that while “we can fight Muslims,” the real challenge is fighting those within. He also admitted to training youth to fight Muslims and warned that in a conflict that will break out between Hindus, some would side with Muslims, claiming this would endanger “Sanatan.”

Religious preacher and politician Acharya Pramod Krishnam claimed India was imperialised for a thousand years due to figures like “Jaichand” and “Man Singh” and warned that the future remains uncertain. He called for the revival of “akhadas,” asserting they were created to prepare monks to sacrifice for the nation. He urged redefining the perception of “saadhu,” as those willing to use violence, stating they should be ready to “burst the eye” of anyone who challenges the nation.
