Kajal ‘Hindusthani’ Shingala, speaking at a Hindu Yuvati and Mahila Sammelan, peddled the conspiracy theory of “love jihad” and “land jihad” and claimed that Muslims, whom she referred to as “adharmis,” are pursuing an agenda to establish “Ghazwa-e-Hind,” while asserting that only Hindu women can eradicate these “adharmis.” She also alleged that Hindus are being converted through small inducements such as a bag of rice and through superstition. She claimed that the Popular Front of India (PFI) had planned to turn India into an Islamic State through “love jihad” to produce “Taimur, Jehangir and Ibrahim” from their wombs, as well as through “land jihad” and religious conversion. She alleged that both Muslims and Christians are involved in conversion activities, particularly targeting backward tribal communities. Mocking Hindus for worrying about the rising prices of cylinders, petrol, and onions, she claimed that others are meanwhile planning to take over the country by increasing their population. She further alleged that during upcoming Ram Navami processions, Muslims would pelt stones across the country, and criticised Hindus for showering flowers during Eid. She also claimed that Muslim religious texts instruct followers to kill “kafirs,” and said that Muslims are not brothers but “butchers.” She alleged that Muslims are encroaching on land by building mosques, dargahs, and mazars. She demanded the removal of Aurangzeb’s grave and said she would join the Bajrang Dal’s “kar seva” at the site. She warned against befriending Muslim women, claiming that even 10-year-old Muslim girls are involved in “love jihad,” and used the term “anpadh gawar madarsachap” to describe them. She also claimed that Muslim women are having more children to increase their population and take over the country.
