After a communal brawl between two groups, involving the use of weapons and leaving several injured, following a dispute over loud devotional music during a procession, members of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal demanded the demolition of properties belonging to the Muslim group, referring to them as “jihadis.” Following these demands, municipal authorities carried out bulldozer action against them, alleging encroachments.
