Rakesh “Uttarakhandi” Tomar, founder of Rudrasena, alleged that a dhaba owner was concealing his identity by wearing a kalava. He accused him of using the name “Sangam Tourist Dhaba” and alleging that the online QR code for payment was linked to a Muslim name. He demanded that the name be changed on the nameboard or the license be suspended.
