In Purba Medinipur, Suvendu Adhikari Blames ‘Bangladeshi Infiltrators’ for Demographic Change

Location: Purba Medinipur, West Bengal

BJP leader and Leader of the Opposition Suvendu Adhikari, speaking at an election campaign rally, claimed that Mamata Banerjee has opposed the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) to protect “Bangladeshi Muslim infiltrators,” treating them as “son-in-laws” to constitute their vote bank. He claimed that this has contributed to “demographic change” due to “Bangladeshi illegal infiltrators” pushing Hindus towards becoming a minority.
