At a film screening organised by Janjati Gaurav Yuva Samaj, around 500 Adivasi women watched “Kerala Story 2” and recited the Hanuman Chalisa. Leader Indar Bhagat peddled the anti-Muslim conspiracy theory of “love jihad” and religious conversion. He alleged that Muslim men trap Adivasi women, kill them, and use marriages to access land benefits, properties, and contest Panchayat elections in Adivasi regions. He claimed this is part of a larger conspiracy to alter the region’s demography and eliminate Adivasi and Hindu populations, invoking “Ghazwa-e-Hind” and alleging plans to turn India into an Islamic state by 2047. He demanded that those who convert should lose reservation rights under the SC and ST categories.
