Hindu nationalist supporters attacked a local family’s home for allegedly keeping meat in a refrigerator inside the temple at their residence, accusing them of converting to Christianity. During the confrontation, they alleged that the family had disrespected Hinduism by keeping a refrigerator containing meat, ginger, and garlic inside their temple and by hanging clothes there. The mob vandalised the residence and threw the refrigerator into a pond.
