In Jehanabad, Pravin Togadia Demonstrates Tasers and Calls for Hindu Mobilization

Location: Jehanabad, Bihar

Pravin Togadia, founder and president of Antarrashtriya Hindu Parishad and Rashtriya Bajrang Dal, glorified the demolition of the Babri Masjid and boasted of threatening violence against opponents of the Ram Mandir, invoking a past statement: “We will step on their chests, crush the enemies, and build the temple.” He launched and demonstrated the use of tasers to attack anyone who targets them and displayed weapons such as swords. He claimed that Hindus have existed since the beginning of time, calling them direct descendants of God. He administered an oath and asserted that the Hindu religion and the idea of a “Hindu Rashtra” were created by God. He demanded a population control law targeting communities he alleged have multiple children and live on government rations, proposing the denial of state benefits—including food, education, healthcare, loans, jobs, and voting rights—for non-compliance, claiming it would maintain the “Hindu majority.” He further asserted that Hindus would be “the ones to beat and win.” He demanded the expulsion of those he termed “Bangladeshis” and promoted the campaign “3 bache Hindu sache.” He urged Hindus to buy from and employ only Hindus. He further made an analogy comparing Muslims to “snakes,” claiming that when Hindus gather in large numbers – like ants – to recite the Hanuman Chalisa, “snakes will die.”
