During a Hindu Hunkar Sabha, hate monger and Sudarshan News Editor-in-Chief Suresh Chavhanke claimed Indian Muslims’ ancestors converted under the threat of the sword, warned that a religious war was imminent, and declared Islam and Christianity were not religions. He called those opposing the saffron flag or Hindu Rashtra “enemies” and “gaddars”, said only those who chant “Vande Mataram” should be allowed to live in India, targeted Muslims who eat beef, promoted “love jihad”, and fearmongered about Hindu population decline and Muslims allegedly targeting Hindu wealth and property.
